Return and Exchange Policy
At Atria, we do not offer refunds, even if out of stock. However, we do accept exchanges under certain conditions. You can choose another model of equivalent value (or opt for a different model with a price adjustment). Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt of the product, provided the jersey has never been worn, used, or washed, and is returned in its original condition, with the tags still attached.
If we receive an item that does not meet these conditions, we will not be able to process the exchange. The item will then be returned to you at your expense.

Return Policy - Out of Stock
In the event that the swimsuit model ordered is out of stock at the time your exchange request is processed, please note that we cannot guarantee an exchange for the same item.
You then have two options:
Choose another model of equivalent value (or higher with price adjustment), from the products available in stock.
Please wait for a possible restocking, if one is planned. However, we cannot guarantee the return to stock of a specific model or confirm the timeframe.

Delivery Policy
Delivery time varies depending on where you have your order delivered.
We ship your orders express. Delivery time is 1 to 3 days.
Order preparation:
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse.
Delivery time after shipment:
Once your order has been entrusted to the carrier, delivery time will depend on your country.
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is on its way.
