Track your order

1. Go to our website and click on “Order Tracking”.
2. Enter your order number and email address. A summary of your order will be displayed.
3. Then click on your order number to access the full details, including delivery information.

Order WITH tracking number

If your order includes a tracking number , you can track its progress at any time.

- For shipments to the United States, copy and paste your number into the USPS website (tracking is often more detailed once the package arrives in the United States).
- If the tracking shows that the package was delivered, but you haven't received it, start by checking your mailbox. Some companies don't deliver directly to your door.
- If you cannot find your package, please write to us immediately so that we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Order WITHOUT tracking number

In this case, the delivery time depends on the method chosen and starts from the moment the order leaves our warehouse (and not from the date of purchase).

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in delivery times, as most carriers are not in service.
If the estimated time is exceeded by more than two business days, contact us so we can follow up.

Important

For any delivery issues, you must contact us within 30 days of your order date. After this time, we are unfortunately no longer able to locate the package or initiate an investigation.

Atria Swimwear swimsuits are made from high-quality neoprene—the same material used for wetsuits. The result is a bikini that's stylish, durable, and perfectly suited to water sports.

To prolong the life of your bikini and preserve its shape, color and quality, here are some essential care tips:

✅ TO DO

- Hand wash your swimsuit in cold water with a mild detergent.
- Dry it flat in the shade to avoid wrinkling and fading.
- If you have to iron it, use a cloth or towel between your iron and the bikini (never iron directly on the neoprene).

❌ TO AVOID

- Never put it in the washing machine or dryer.
- Never iron directly on the fabric.
- Avoid wearing your bikini in a spa or sauna: excessive heat and chemicals can damage the neoprene.
- Do not use oil-based sunscreen, as this can alter the texture and elasticity of the fabric.
- Avoid sitting on rough surfaces (e.g., cement pool edges) which could damage the fabric.
- Do not dry your bikini directly in the sun: this could cause the colors to fade.

Can I cancel an order after completing payment?

Once your order is confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel it . However, once you have received your package, you can return it to us and request a refund , provided that the items are not part of final sales .

Delivery times depend on your location and the delivery type chosen at checkout (Standard or Express). Once your order has been processed (allow 1 to 5 business days for preparation), the carrier takes over: 3 to 5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on busy periods (e.g., holidays, sales, etc.).

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

What is the return/exchange policy?

We do not offer refunds , even if out of stock.
However, it is possible to choose another model of equivalent value (or opt for a different model with a price adjustment). Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:
 • The jersey must not have been worn, washed or used
 • It must be returned in its original condition , with all tags.
If the conditions are not met, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Final sales are not exchangeable or returnable.

Return Policy – Out of Stock

In the event that the swimsuit model ordered is out of stock at the time of processing your exchange request, please note that we cannot guarantee an exchange for the same item .
You then have two options:

1. Choose another model of equivalent value (or higher with price adjustment), from the products available in stock.
2. Please wait for a possible restocking , if one is planned. However, we cannot guarantee the return to stock of a specific model or confirm the timeframe.
